All products sold by Pure Peptides Source are intended for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human or veterinary consumption. Once dispatched, products generally cannot be returned due to safety, contamination, and regulatory reasons, except in the specific eligible cases outlined below.
2. Eligible Refunds or Replacements
We will consider a refund or replacement if any of the following apply:
- You receive the wrong product.
- Your order arrives damaged or defective.
- A product is missing from your shipment.
To qualify, you must notify our support team within 7 days of delivery and provide order details plus supporting evidence (photos, packaging, tracking info, etc.).
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Any opened, reconstituted, or used products.
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery.
- Orders affected by incorrect details supplied by the customer (for example: wrong shipping address provided at checkout).
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Typical processing time is 3–7 business days after approval. For approved replacements, a new shipment will be dispatched promptly at no additional cost.
5. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except when the return is the result of our error (wrong item, missing item, or damaged on arrival). For eligible returns we will either cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible; please follow the eligible returns process if you receive an incorrect or damaged item.
